This is probably not the best moment to find an acceptable audience for a film that questions US drone strikes in a war on terror. Regardless of whether the armed plane would be useful against the attack in Paris, there are many people whose minds are “locked” in the extremist struggle of these events.
However, the Norwegian filmmaker Tonje Hessen Schei’s documentary “Drone” has a lot to hear. Some are already quite familiar, but this does not hurt any less. Serious civilian casualties resulting from the moral and so-called targeted strikes of killing people without stopping have been a source of controversy and protest for a while. And others argued that, as this film did, the drone war was actually a hiring tool for terrorist groups because of the resentment it produced.
