The film, featuring Canadian characters, became part of the “Canadian pop” of his brothers. “We just wanted to make a movie that feels like Canada, and there are so many films about Bremt, Americana, and we want to do it for our country,” he said.
“We spitballed and eventually saw Tim Tucker, our main character, as a Sid Crosby type, but he got spirited.”
The brothers said that the experience shots were uninterrupted, alive and breathing. “It was actually a Hamilton Steelhawks shot and brutal during the match, we had a fight at the intersection and it was very intense.
