Based on true events, the South Korean war drama northern limit line recounted a battle of the year 2002.
The NLL, which is Northern limit line, the disputed sea border in the Yellow Sea of China, which separates North and South Korea’s maritime spaces and strictly militarily controlled by both sides. In the later second battle of Yeonpyeong known as that incident in 2002, two North Korean patrol boats crossed the border on June 29 and began to fire.
Northern limit line tells the story of the South Korean patrol boat Chamsuri 357, which was attacked on that day. Six men died, 18 were injured.
