Joanna Pascuali (Alice Paul) serves in the Paris police and trains day and night to get into the COBR special squad. But whatever she does, she remains a naive and awkward slob that hinders rather than helps protect the law. She would have been thrown out of service long ago if her father had not been the Minister of the Interior.
When an official is tired of enduring the ranting of a daughter about a special squad, he writes down Johanna for an internship at COBR. The man hopes that the daughter will get rid of his obsession when he understands how much a pound of special forces.
